Bill Gottfried holds a B.S. in Petroleum Marketing from The University of Tulsa, Tulsa, Oklahoma; a M.B.A. in International Business from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.; and attends Executive Education Programs at Harvard Business School and Rice University. Bill is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Officer Candidate School, Newport, Rhode Island; the U.S. Navy Supply Corps School, Athens Georgia; and the U.S. Navy Petroleum Inspection School, San Diego, California. He is an Eagle Scout and he is listed in The Financial Times of London's "Who's Who In World Oil and Gas".
Bill began his career as a U.S. Navy Supply Officer in the Arabian/Persian Gulf in 1971 assigned to the Inspector of Naval Material, Petroleum Products, Middle East Area (INSMATPET) in Awali, Bahrain, responsible for petroleum inspection, quality assurance, and tanker scheduling in Saudi Arabia, Iran, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Yemen. Bill worked from INSMATPET offices in Awali, Bahrain and Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia; from National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) offices in Abadan and Bandar Mahshahr, Iran; from Kuwait National Petroleum Company offices in Kuwait; and from British Petroleum offices in Aden, Yemen. Following his Middle East service, Bill worked with Mobil Oil Corporation in Chicago as a Senior Marketing Analyst; subsequently he was recruited by the Nixon White House to join the Federal Energy Office in Washington, D.C. where he managed refined product and crude oil allocation programs providing supplies to U.S. refining and marketing companies.
Following assignments with the Federal Energy Office and the Department of Energy during the Nixon, Ford, and Carter Administrations, Bill worked with management consultants Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc. in Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Houston on strategic planning assignments for energy industry clients. During the 1980's, Bill was a Vice President with a Houston-based management consulting and executive search firm active worldwide in the oil and gas, plant science, agribusiness, biotechnology, and commercial space technology industries. Bill formed Gottfried International, Inc. in 1986 and has built the firm's management consulting and executive search services in the U.S. and in international areas over the past 25 years. During 1991 and 1992, Bill was a member of the first U.S. Government Trade Missions to Moscow, Tyumen, Western Siberia, and to the Republic of Kazakhstan during the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Bill organized the Energy and the Agribusiness Committees of the U.S.-Russia Business Council in Washington, D.C.; additionally, he was active in the formation of the U.S.-Russia Oil & Gas Technology Center in Tyumen, Western Siberia, a joint venture of the U.S. Department of Energy, The University of Tulsa, The University of Tyumen, and U.S. and Russian oilfield equipment companies. Bill is a member of The Army & Navy Club in Washington, D.C., the Independent Petroleum Association of America, the Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association, the American Petroleum Institute, the Houston Producers Forum, the Houston Energy Finance Group, the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, the Houston Geological Society, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, Friends of Finance at The University of Tulsa, and the Abadan (Iran) Society, an organization of oil industry professionals who have lived and worked in Iran. Bill is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors (former Board Member), the Texas Association of Realtors (Board Member), the National Association of Realtors, The Institute For Luxury Home Marketing, and the Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios A.C.(AMPI) in Mexico. He currently serves as the International Liaison for the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and has been appointed Vice Chairman of TAR's International Committee for 2012.

Danielle Gottfried earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from Gwynedd-Mercy College in Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania, a M.Ed. in Elementary Education, minor in Child Psychology, from Trenton State College, now The College of New Jersey, in Trenton, N.J., and she holds a Reading Certification from Lehigh University, located in Lehigh, Pennsylvania. Danielle was the Founder of Caravaca Academy and Apple Core Coalition, both located in Houston focused on enhancing elementary education and academic excellence in the school systems of the Houston Metropolitan Area. Danielle is of French-Spanish Heritage, her family having longstanding roots in France and Spain.
Danielle has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas and a real estate investor since 1980, having started her career with one of the leading real estate brokerage companies in Houston. In addition to her management consulting and client service activities with Gottfried International, Danielle is a Managing Director of Gottfried International Estates; she is responsible for managing marketing and sales transactions for luxury resort properties and high end residential real estate. Danielle has worked successfully with international buyers, sellers, and investors by providing them with superior service, timely transactions, and creating value for their real estate investments. Danielle provides her clients with integrated marketing strategies specifically designed to achieve their goals and objectives. Danielle is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, and the Asociacion Mexicana De Profesionales Inmobiliarios A.C. (AMPI) in Mexico. Danielle holds the Transnational Referral Certification awarded by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations, she holds the Certified Negotiation Expert™ designation, and she is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist. Danielle is active in numerous academic, civic, and educational initiatives in Houston.
